What’s up PE friends!
Coming up with ideas for kids at home or daycare who might have no equipment has been a struggle right?
For my virtual classes, we normally kick things off with our Virtual Daily Warmup or I pick one from our Follow Along Youtube Resource Guide
After that we get warmed up we get into a virtual lesson or activity assignment.
Below is a fun Asynchronous Virtual PE Lesson that I used for one of our virtual PE days with something that everyone has access to… Tissue Paper or Toilet Paper.
Some of my classroom teachers even told me that they used it as an activity break in the classroom as well, which I was pumped to hear!
Check it out below and feel free to use it for yourself or replicate it for one of your assignments

I teach 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade – one day a week. I had knee surgery so I am thankful to be virtually asynchronously teaching – so I am relying on other PE teacher videos ~ REALLY Love Love Love your style!
Suggestions – Units?
Maybe you have if not, videos in categories with 3-4 videos for a “unit” or one month?
