How to Update Your Payment Information Membership Program
You can update your card and billing information in your Membership and Billing Settings area that is accessed by the pull down menu in the top right once you’re logged into the membership (see below).
Alternatively, you can follow the steps below to access the billing page:
STEP 1
- Login to the Membership Here: https://membership.thepespecialist.com/login
STEP 2
- Click this link to visit your Billing Information Page:

- You can also go here for your general account details:

After the first failed payment the membership system will try to charge the payment 2 more times and if it continues to fail your membership will be automatically cancelled.
